Ed Case

Each disclosed buy enters at the close on its trade date and leaves at the close of a later disclosed sale of the same stock, sized by the middle of the disclosed amount range. Trades are made public days or weeks later, so nobody could have bought at these prices. Filings give amount ranges, not share counts, so a sale closes the whole position. Options are priced off the underlying stock.
