Methodology
AlphaYou begins with the public record, preserves the timing of that record, and separates the evidence from any interpretation.
Record before interpretation
A reported trade, filing, award, or market statement is the starting point. AlphaYou may add issuer, market, and source context, but the original record and its disclosure timing remain the reference point.
Timing is part of the evidence
Public records are not all released on the same schedule. A Form 4, 13F, congressional financial disclosure, and government award can reach the public at very different times. We aim to make that lag clear rather than describe every source as real time.
Coverage and limits
Data can be delayed, amended, incomplete, incorrectly classified, or unavailable. Coverage varies by source and by issuer. Read the source coverage policy before treating any record as a complete view of an investor, company, or market.
No personalized conclusion
A disclosed event is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security. AlphaYou presents research context so readers can make their own decisions or seek qualified advice where appropriate.
