This policy explains when subscription charges may be refunded and how cancellation affects future renewals.

AlphaYou subscriptions are charged in advance and provide digital access as soon as payment is confirmed. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription charges are not refundable after that access is delivered.
We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unauthorized charges, and cases where paid access was not delivered. Email hello@alphayou.net promptly with your AlphaYou account email, charge date, and amount. Do not send full card or bank details.
Cancel online through the AlphaYou billing page and Whop before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period. It does not automatically refund the current monthly or annual period.
A one-time promotional price applies only to the eligible billing cycle shown at checkout. Later renewals use the regular plan price shown before purchase unless you cancel first.
When a refund is approved, the payment provider returns it to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider and your financial institution. A refund may end paid access for the refunded period.
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. This policy forms part of the AlphaYou Terms.
