Refund policy

AlphaYou subscriptions are charged in advance and provide digital access as soon as payment is confirmed. Except under the 30-day money-back guarantee below, or where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription charges are not refundable after that access is delivered.

If a paid plan is not for you, email info@alphayou.net within 30 days of your first paid charge on that plan and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. It applies once to each paid plan, monthly or annual, so the Pro API plan has its own guarantee even if you had a website plan before. The refund ends paid access for that period.

If we end a paid plan, or remove a dataset or tool from it, during a period you paid for, we refund the unused part in proportion to the time left, and you may cancel.

We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unauthorized charges, and cases where paid access was not delivered. Email info@alphayou.net promptly with your AlphaYou account email, charge date, and amount. Do not send full card or bank details.

Cancel online before your next renewal. For the website plans, use the AlphaYou billing page. For the Pro API plan, press Manage billing under Your plan on the developers page. If you subscribed through Whop, cancel in your Whop account. Revoking an API key does not cancel a plan. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period. It does not automatically refund the current monthly or annual period.

A one-time promotional price applies only to the eligible billing cycle shown at checkout. Later renewals use the regular plan price shown before purchase unless you cancel first.

When a refund is approved, the payment provider returns it to the original payment method, and it includes any tax we charged on that payment. Processing time depends on the provider and your financial institution. A refund may end paid access for the refunded period.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. This policy forms part of the AlphaYou Terms.
