You can request deletion from the mobile app or by email if you no longer have access to it.
Email us from the address registered to your AlphaYou account. This lets us verify which account you want deleted without asking you to reinstall the app.
Email deletion requestIf you cannot send from that address, explain that in your message. Support will confirm the identity checks needed before deleting the account.
Open AlphaYou, go to More, choose Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm Request deletion. The app will show the status and completion deadline for your request.
We stop push delivery when the request is recorded and complete account and associated product-data deletion within 30 days. We confirm completion by email. Some billing, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or public-source records may be retained where legally required, as described in our privacy policy.
Deleting an AlphaYou account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google Play, or a web billing provider. Cancel it through the store or billing page first if you do not want another charge.
