Delete your AlphaYou account

Email info@alphayou.net from the address registered to your AlphaYou account. This lets us check which account you want deleted without asking you to reinstall the app.

If you cannot send from that address, say so in your message. We will tell you what we need to confirm it is you before we delete anything.

Open AlphaYou, go to More, choose Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm Request deletion. The app will show the status and completion deadline for your request.

We reply to confirm we received your request. A person on our team then deletes your account and the product data tied to it within 30 days of your request, and emails you when it is done. Push notifications stop as soon as an in-app request is recorded, and for an email request when we process it. Some billing, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or public-source records may be retained where legally required, as described in our privacy policy.

Deleting an AlphaYou account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google Play, or a web billing provider. Cancel it through the store or billing page first if you do not want another charge.
